Installing the Chrome extension
- Unzip the bakari-extension file you downloaded.
- Open chrome://extensions in Chrome and turn on Developer mode.
- Click “Load unpacked” and choose the bakari-extension folder.
- Click the bakari.ai icon in the toolbar to open the side panel and sign in.
Frequently asked questions
How do I ask about text on a web page?
Highlight the text, right-click it and choose “Ask bakari.ai about selected text”. The side panel opens with the text attached — press Send.
How do I ask about something I can't select, like an image or diagram?
Open the bakari.ai side panel, click “Capture screen” and drag around the area. It's sent automatically and answered.
The extension shows an error or won't open. What do I do?
Open chrome://extensions, make sure bakari.ai is enabled, and click the reload button. If it shows an error, remove it and load the extension folder again with “Load unpacked”.
How many questions can I ask?
The free plan includes 50 questions per day. Your remaining count is shown in the extension after each answer.
Where are my conversations saved?
Answers you save appear on your dashboard under Saved answers. Conversations are tied to your account and never shared.
